Website information

We aim to keep website information clear and current, but service descriptions are general and do not form a quotation, specification or contract. Project-specific requirements are confirmed separately in writing.

Quotations and appointments

Submitting an enquiry or appointment request does not by itself create a contract or guarantee an appointment. MTM Group will confirm scope, availability, pricing and any relevant terms separately.

Customer portal

Customer references are issued for authorised client use. Do not share a reference outside the people who need access for that project or property. We may suspend portal access where misuse or a security concern is suspected.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text and MTM Group branding are intended for MTM Group Ltd. Third-party photographs or assets remain subject to their own licence terms. Replace stock imagery with owned or properly licensed project imagery where possible.

External services

Some functions may depend on hosting, email, mapping, job-management or other third-party systems. Their availability is outside our direct control.

Liability

Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on general website content instead of an agreed project specification or contract.

We may update this website and these terms from time to time. The date above identifies the current published version.
